The
Sunday Times Win a School Bus token collection period has now
concluded.
It
is now time for School Bus Coordinators to start counting the tokens.
They should ensure that all of their supporters have forwarded their
tokens for inclusion in the final tally.
Follow
this simple six step process to make sure you get your token tally
sheet in by 5pm Friday October 17, 2003.
Six
Easy Steps
-
Collect
your tokens from your students, shops, businesses, parents and
friends who have been collecting on your behalf.
-
Count
all the tokens collected.
-
Complete
the school bus final token tally sheet that was included in your
School Bus Collectors' Kit. Fill in the number of tokens collected
by your school, along with the number of students at your school.
-
Fax
the completed form to The Sunday Times on 08 9421 1437 no
later than 5pm on Friday October 17, 2003. Schools which do not
have their tally in by this time will be ineligible to win.
-
DO
NOT SEND YOUR TOKENS to The Sunday Times. Keep them somewhere
safe. The Sunday Times will collect the tokens from the top
five schools so that external auditors can verify their totals.
-
Finally,
read The Sunday Times on October 26 for the announcement of the
school that has won a 21-seater bus or $90,000 cash. The school
that is placed second will win a $15,000 multimedia package and
the third school will win a $10,000 multimedia package. Plus a
random prize of a $5000 multimedia gear will be awarded.
