School Bus Tally Sheets

School Bus Coordinators can follow these 6 easy steps to get your token tally sheet in:
  1. Collect your tokens from your students, shops, businesses, parents and friends who have been collecting on your behalf.
  2. Count all the tokens collected.
  3. Complete the school bus final token tally sheet that was included in your School Bus Collectors' Kit. Fill in the number of tokens collected by your school, along with the number of students at your school.
  4. Fax the completed form to The Sunday Times on 08 9421 1437 no later than 5pm on Friday October 17, 2003. Schools which do not have their tally in by this time will be ineligible to win.
  5. DO NOT SEND YOUR TOKENS to The Sunday Times. Keep them somewhere safe.  The Sunday Times will collect the tokens from the top five schools so that external auditors can verify their totals.
  6. Finally, read The Sunday Times on October 26 for the announcement of the school that has won a 21-seater bus or $90,000 cash. The school that is placed second will win a $15,000 multimedia package and the third school will win a $10,000 multimedia package. Plus a random prize of a $5000 multimedia gear will be awarded.
Business Champions
The Sunday Times would like to acknowledge local businesses that are supporting their local school in their token collection efforts to win the School Bus Competition.  Download this latest pdf version as at 26 September 2003 - a full list of businesses who have chosen to make a positive contribution to their local school communities.

Check our Competition Tools page to download a sign for local businesses to showcase the school they are collecting for.
